The villa's tropical garden featured bougainvillea, bird of paradise, plumeria, and other flowering species that each have different seasonal needs. Previous maintenance had treated all plants the same, resulting in poor bloom cycles and declining plant health.
We created a plant-specific seasonal care calendar that addressed each species' unique needs for pruning, fertilization, and watering throughout the year. We also implemented a mulch management program and introduced companion plantings to improve soil health and visual density.
The garden now produces consistent, vibrant blooms throughout the year. The villa's outdoor space has become a true tropical showcase, and the homeowner has started hosting garden tours for friends and neighbors.
