With a growing client base across Broward County, manual route planning was becoming a bottleneck. Crews spent excessive time driving between jobs, and schedule adherence dropped below 85%. We needed an automated system that could optimize routes dynamically as jobs were added or rescheduled.
We developed a dispatch engine that considers property locations, service durations, traffic patterns, crew specializations, and client time preferences. GPS tracking provides real-time visibility into crew positions, and automated notifications alert clients when their crew is en route. The system recalculates routes in real time when schedules change.
Windshield time decreased by 28%, allowing each crew to service 2 additional properties per day. Schedule adherence improved to 97%, and client satisfaction scores for on-time arrival reached an all-time high. The system now manages routing for all active crews across the county.
